Many people don’t realise this, but the shape or size that we are doesn’t necessarily define how healthy we are. A study published in the International Journal of Obesity found that BMI (body mass index) is not an accurate way to determine a person’s health. Toccara Jones, an alum of the TV show America’s Next Top Model, is a plus-size model who has highlighted that plus-size doesn’t necessarily mean overweight, fat or unattractive. After the show, she went on to achieve a fourteen page spread in Vogue Italia, so if she isn’t proof that plus means beautiful, we don’t know what is.   Read the Post Body confidence tips from a plus-size model
